When we arrived, Jorge had the truck clean and ready for us to test drive, and throughout the entire process, he gave us his full attention and made us feel like a priority. What stood out to us even more was his professionalism and dedication during a very difficult personal situation. While we were there, there were devastating earthquakes in his home country of Colombia, and he was understandably concerned that his mom could have been affected. Despite that, he continued to make sure we were taken care of and never made us feel like anything less than a priority. The entire purchase process was quick, easy, and straightforward. Jorge also worked with us to make sure we received all of the benefits available to us as a military family. There were no surprise costs or unexpected issues, which made the experience even better. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be using this dealership for our future Chevrolet purchases and would highly recommend Mac Haik Chevrolet, especially Jorge Sanchez. The dealership was open and airy, smelled clean, fresh and inviting! I was going in to talk to Joseph (Jojo) about possibly trading in my 2021 TRAXi. When I was walking up a gentleman opened the door with and inviting! I was going in to talk to Joseph (Jojo) about possibly trading in my 2021 TRAXi. When I was walking up a gentleman opened the door with a huge welcoming smile. He introduced himself and asked how he could help. I told him and he quickly assured me that Joseph would be right with me. Oh & asked me at the door if I would like a drink. Within less than a minute Jojo comes hurrying in, he had been watching outside for me to get there. He got my water and we went to his area We briefly discussed my wants, we had already been communicating, and then a couple more clarifications then he says “wait a minute, I know just the car! I’ll be right back!!” He comes back after 2 or 3 minutes and then he says ok I pulled a car up for you to come look at. We walked out the door and I see MY car. It’s the exact colors I do not want. Beige and white. No I stressed the only colors acceptable would be RED. GREEN BLUE. No silver grey white gold beige No. BUT I was in love😳💕💕💕💕 This is exactly the car that I have always wanted!! I was shocked at how Joseph instinctively knew the right car!! The perfect car. The only one I would have liked. The only one meant just for me. I did test drive just to hear the noise level. We circled back to the dealership and he talked with finance and then they came out for me to meet him. He is an incredible younger man and helped me through finance, I cannot remember his name sadly, but let me tell you that you have a gem of a man right there. Overall I would rate my car buying experience as easy breezy, anxiety free, one of the best days of my life but…. the day started great and ended even greater and I am tickled pink 💕💕💕 I will recommend Joseph at MacHaik Chevrolet to every person I know!!!
