Bait and switch. I first visited on a Friday and the sales rep was nowhere to be found. I followed up, and on Saturday we spoke by phone — the rep confirmed the best price they could do, said he had checked with his manager, and we agreed on the deal. I said let's do it and we set a confirmed appointment for Monday at a specific time to close. I showed up on time for that appointment. The rep briefly acknowledged me between other customers, handed me off to their Driveo division in the same building, and disappeared. That was the last I saw of him. Driveo wouldn't honor the number the Mac Haik rep had confirmed with his manager and committed to over the phone. After the frustrating experience I had with Driveo, I tried repeatedly to reach the rep — called multiple times, sent texts. Completely ghosted. The person who made the commitment, confirmed it with management, and set the appointment was unreachable the moment it was time to back it up. They also refused to put anything in writing while having no problem asking me upfront to show written offers from competing dealers. When I showed them an offer from another dealership, they dismissed it as "not a real offer." That dealer honored their commitment at full price the same day. Two visits, a confirmed appointment, confirmed price, confirmed with manager, showed up on time — and the rep had 60 seconds for me before moving on. Complete waste of time. If a dealer won't commit in writing and their rep vanishes when it's time to deliver, that tells you everything. More

Mechanics and Techs are Understaffed and they don't quality check their work. Simple car repairs take too long. Most reps seem to lack the ability to listen to the customer and consistently communicate quality check their work. Simple car repairs take too long. When they claimed my car was ready the 1st time, I arrived and there were issues that were never addressed that I asked to be completed day 1 which Jim Cox swore he personally checked but that was a lie...so it was wasted time. Then the 2nd time they claimed it was ready.. the original problem was still not fully repaired!! Alberto Perez is Awesome to work with though!! If he's not there I'm not bringing my car in unless I absolutely have to. He's the only one I trust to communicate and do a thorough check on my car before calling me to pick it up...unfortunately he was out on vacation while these issues occured!! Do better Chevy..hire more mechanics and techs! Not to mention...my car still has issues after it being with Chevy a whole month! More
