My service was with Alex, and he has the best, and one of the few great customer service I have encounter at Joe Myers Service Department. Alex took the time to listen, explain what was needed, and answered my questions. When I left and my car did not feel right, he scheduled me to come in the next day. Since it was going to take a while, he offered the shuffle without me inquiring. When my car was finished, I was picked up and he waited until I got there. Also it was dark and he ensured I got into my car safely. My car is running great and I appreciate the service I received from Alex.

Purchased a preowned truck from them. First time ever purchasing a vehicle so wasn’t familiar with the process. They tried to push the VIP package on me and I told them no, I didn’t want it. Ended up they worked it in without me seeing, my fault for not looking it over again, and cost me almost 2 grand. For those that don’t know, part of it is a 20 dollar oil change, and they would pick it up for you. 2 years in, they change it so that they only pickup ford brand vehicles. Biggest waste of money for my and it still aggravates me thinking about it. All that on top of when you come in the truck was more than the advertised price.

On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta (inventory specialist/sales) and Andrea Watson (finance) at Tommie Vaughn Ford where we were literally treated like family. We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!!
