During my visit to AutoNation Ford Katy, I had a very uncomfortable encounter in the restroom. A heavyset, bald man wearing a white dealership shirt and sporting an outdated goatee approached me out of n uncomfortable encounter in the restroom. A heavyset, bald man wearing a white dealership shirt and sporting an outdated goatee approached me out of nowhere, asking if I wanted to watch videos of his cousin. He then started mentioning something about a “Dirty Sanchez.” I have absolutely no idea what that was supposed to mean, but the entire interaction was bizarre, inappropriate, and downright creepy. Needless to say, I will NEVER bring my children back to this dealership. Customers should be able to use the restroom without being approached like this. Beware! More

Mohammed Sherzad and Ryan Bernard provided excellent customer service and gave me an excellent deal on a 2026 Ford F-150 STX.
