I go to Helfman Ford because Corey Lindsey works there. One of the best Service Advisors I've encountered. On the ball, honest, intelligent, funny, takes his job seriously. The service writer did not have a good understanding of available parts. Then at checkout I had to pay a $50 fee to use my card. If I would have been told that the dealership charged for using a card I wo available parts. Then at checkout I had to pay a $50 fee to use my card. If I would have been told that the dealership charged for using a card I would have made other arrangements to save the money. Honestly if this is something new why aren’t the customers advised of this when dropping a car off. I have used Hellmann Ford since buying the truck and never had these issues with Hellman. However I will reconsider where I take my vehicle in the future. More

I arrived at Helfman dealership and within seconds a service department specialists greeted me and listened as I gave a list of services for my vehicle. The specialist assured me that all the services would be completed as soon as possible. A few hours later I received a call from the specialist informing me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The services provided were reasonably priced and done right. My overall experience was better than any I have had at any dealership. Helfman is now my go to spot for all of my vehicle service needs.
