Overall, I do recommend this dealership, and I love my SUV. But I did have some ups and downs before and after my purchase. I really wish my sales rep, Zane, had taken more time to give me a proper “how-to” and walk me through the features of my car. The process felt more focused on the test drive and whether I liked how it drove, rather than helping me understand what all the buttons and features do.
I’ve had to rely on TikTok to figure out certain things, but it would have been nice to go over them in person. I also live far away and made the trip 3–4 days in a row, so it would have meant a lot to make the most of the time I was there.
When I picked up the car, I was simply handed my keys and Zane walked away—no photo, no final walk-around, no RED BOW :/. The car had some sticky residue that needed to be cleaned, so he took it back briefly, but after that, I didn’t see him again.
I still have a lot of questions about my SUV, but with the distance, it’s not easy to come back. For example, why is there no spare tire?
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase, but I truly wish the delivery experience and feature explanation had been more thorough.
