Uptown Service saved one of our work trucks. We were told from a different service center that the truck needed a new motor. Uptown correctly diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road in 2 days for less than 1000 dollars. They know what they are doing! While were there picking up our repaired vehicle we met with Sales and decided to purchase another truck.

Didn’t try to push me into anything else or wanna sell me anything else Smoothest purchase of a vehicle I ever experienced in my 64 years. Dropped off my truck for engine tick , truck was diagnosed on day one . Parts had to be ordered and they said they will call me when parts come in . Two months later still no word on parts . Took my truck to there competition in waukesha and they had my truck diagnosed and fixed in one day . Ewald service department is a joke . Just know that you can take your warranty work to another dealership.
