I had an appointment with a salesman at this dealership. He was late. Due to my pressing schedule, I told the receptionist I could only wait 5 minutes. Up meanders Jacob to the receptionist. Utter lack of basic respect and professionalism. That instantly convinced me to purchase my fleet vehicles elsewhere. I would not recommend ever working with this man. His behavior is wildly inappropriate. More

Howard and Lonnie and the finance manager were professional and courteous. I do have an observation…I was talking with the detailer Dougie when Mr. Ewald came by and talked to him for 15 minutes. professional and courteous.
