I do appreciate your having him on your staff! In the Service dept. on Monday, only Anthony and Roger were there checking in and helping those who had appts. Anthony C. did a patient and good explanation of the newer GM cost plans now in effect, which I hadn't known about. Seeing how super busy the service area is, hopefully the dealership will be able to hire more service associates and GM mechanics to help expedite clients' services.
