Answered all our questions in the timely manner and was honest and upfront about everything. I went to 2 other dealerships and found Szott M59 Jeep to have the best price from day one. Other dealers wanted to negotiate price down and still did not get to same price at Szott. We knew the exact car we wanted and they were able to find and deliver on our fast timeline. The service here is terrible. They are always short-staffed on technicians. It takes weeks to get an appointment. When you finally get your vehicle in for the appointment, it can be several days before someone looks at it. Recently, they had my car for a couple of weeks, saying that the part they needed was held up in Mexico. I went into the office only to find out that the part had arrived a week before. I've had to bring my vehicle in multiple times to address the same issue. The first time they misdiagnosed it, they fixed the wrong issue. The second time, they claimed to fix it, only to find out that the problem still existed the next day. It won't be long before I sell this car and move on from Jeep.

I live 1-1/2 hours from here, but ever since my experience in 2021 with, Sean Cubbler (now new car sales manager), was so amazing when he was a new car sales professional, I will not go to another dealership. MICHAEL QUERRO knocked it out of the park! Michael is an asset to Golling CDJR-Roseville. He was very responsive with sending me multiple quotes, text messaging, & phone calls. He is a NO PRESSURE sales professional and gave me time to digest the increased cost, giving me space, but not ignoring me. Since 2021, the cost of the same model RAM has gone up $10k (Stellantis increase, not dealer). I geared myself for it but was not as prepared as I should have been. Michael and Sean (Cubbler) came up with different payment scenarios to get me where I needed to be at, comfort wise, with payments!!! THANK YOU so much!!!! I will be returning soon for a 2024 JEEP!!!
