Service has been good. I did take my vehicle to the body shop as well on Monday 6/22/26 (Second time) The paint is chipping on the hood, areas on the driver side front fend I did take my vehicle to the body shop as well on Monday 6/22/26 (Second time) The paint is chipping on the hood, areas on the driver side front fender and passenger side back door panel. The first visit was in June 2025. Three months after purchasing the new vehicle in April. Brian did have the hood touched up. However, the touch of paint has come off. Now it shows where the original paint was sanded in order for the touch-up paint to stay. Now the hood shows sanded hood marks and the paint touch-ups have flaked off. Brian took pictures to submit to Chrysler for a claim. I also reached out to Chrysler 06/22/2026 regarding the chipping paint. Ref#97139974 More

My car was in for a recall, an oil change and a parking brake issue. Dan was very polite and listened to my concerns about the car. He explained why my parking brake kept coming on automatically and showed brake issue. Dan was very polite and listened to my concerns about the car.
