Definitely felt like we were being ripped off. Hadn’t even filled out an application and they assumed what my interest rate would be along with my monthly payment would be. Ask for actual numbers AFTER you fill out the application and ask them what your credit score was. Terrible experience and I’ve bought SEVERAL vehicles from other dealerships and never experienced anything as sketchy as this. More

Initial repair failed, and that was disappointing, but subsequent repair was fine. I have subsequently taken the car on an extended trip to Chicago and back and performance (including the auto stop/start subsequent repair was fine.
