A few months ago I randomly stopped in to stare at a car and didn’t really expect much but Greg came out to chat with me anyway. He was friendly and we rambled on a bit (I do talk a lot). I wasn’t prepared to buy a car then but I asked for a card and he gladly provided one. Fast forward to recently and I had enough with my (now previous) car and began shopping around. While searching I noticed Acura Columbus had a decent selection of cars so I reached back out to Greg. He was prompt in responding and we set up a time to meet. I came in, had an easy test drive, and was offered what I considered a deal that was basically what I was looking for. I needed a night but I accepted it and came the next day to pick my new car up. The car and Greg were ready. Initial paperwork was quick and I was handed off to the finance manager Ryan. Equally friendly he reviewed various additional packages I could add to the car. Normally I turn this stuff down point blank but with this car being special and some anecdotal stories from Ryan about his TLX I decided it might not be a bad idea for something so I bit the bullet on a package. Congrats to you: that’s a first for me. Afterwards filling out the financial paper work was quick and easy. Overall start to finish was just under an hour and now I’ve got a new car!

I was impressed with the salesman, Dan Boshkovski. Dan went out of his way to show me many vehicles in different exteriors/interiors. He also sent photos to me to dwell over, after I left to go home. You can watch a commercial with famous people talk about a car dealer, but who cares... don't you want everybody to be treated special? Every time I'm in for a tuneup or whatever is needed, I'm treated the best. I love the times they tell me how well I'm taking care of the car too :-) Buying a car is the fun part but when you need something done you want to be respected and treated fairly. My husband is not a car guy, so I've taken that role and being a woman they talk to me with respect and teach me what to listen or look out for. This last time was the above and beyond. I came home from hip replacement on Tuesday, and our car stopped on Wednesday. I told my husband Id deal with it tomorrow I called first thing; service told me to call the tow group they work with and within an hour he was there and had the car to Bob Boyds all before 10am. I called to verify it was there and said call me when you know what's wrong, they did and had it fixed all before 2pm then came and picked up my husband to pay and bring home a working car. Do you even realize the stress release they provided for us!! It was fabulous!! Ive told so many of my friends it's like any business it's the service behind the product that is as important and they do it all I never feel over charged or cheated. WE will always buy our cars there because of this service and care. THANK YOU BOB BOYD!! Thank You service department !

At the first visit it appeared everyone cared. My truck was not repaired correctly the 1st time. I discovered other items that needed repaired and was told to return it the next day and they would correct the previous and take care of the new issues. It has been there 8 days, I had to call last week to get an update. It should have been returned to me last week and no one will contact/return my calls as to why they still have my truck. I need my truck, no one cares but they want their money. Use this service department at your own risk of frustration with workmanship, poor communication and lack of caring about quality customer service. UPDATE: When the Service manager became aware of my concerns because of the original review he went above and beyond. Please see a subsequent separate full review that I submitted on 6/4/26.

The sales process is a little uneven. I was looking for a WRX and the initial emails with the sales department made it sound like they had what I wanted and that I should head over to take a test drive. I started making plans to do so that day only for them send a follow up email telling me to not show up as they realized they had nothing in stock. Eventually, I decided to make a factory order for my WRX and called to see what Byers could do. Brad Crader was super easy to work with- he was able to call me back within the hour with Costco pricing and ordering timeline. Ultimately I decided on another dealer as they were able to offer a shorter timeframe, but definitely will give xxxxxxto Brad for his help.
