Even the owners fur baby came and loved on me. The first day I took my truck and got it appraised and Cindy helped me choose a vehicle that fit what I needed. I was able to go home and think about it. Then I filled out the application online. When I tell you I went back, signed all of my paperwork and was out in less than 2 hrs. I ordered my parts the week before I was scheduled for service. I called the day before to make sure my parts were there. When I arrived Shannon took my car to the back then she came back and said your parts are not here. I then asked her why did she say they were here when I called her the day before. I went to the service department and I asked the tall guy why he didn't call me and let me know the part was not here. He then checked the system and said your parts are in Union City Ford and I could go and pick them up myself. Then Shannon said if you do then we can't fix it today. And she gave me my key and I asked her if the guy checked my tires since my light was on. I asked her if she cared about me as a customer and if she was concerned about my safety. Then another lady heard us talking and she called the manager Mandy. Mandy then sent someone to go and get my parts and my car was fixed. When I left after six hours and it was raining so I was using the wipers. The next day I was going to use the car then I noticed my steering wheel was not close properly so the windshield wipers would not go off. I called Shannon back and she said she was ordering my other part and they will look at the wipers then. I called her back two days later to ask about the other part and she said she would call me when the part comes in and it has been three weeks and I have not heard from Shannon or Mandy. I will not be back at Mike Patton for anything. I have been a loyal customer since Mike Patton sold Mazda's. I was at the dealership getting the vehicle serviced for over 6 hours. They didn't even offer me a soda or ten percent off. NOTHING

Buyer be aware. "As is" means "As is". I wish I could do a half star after this experience. I bought a used 2018 truck less than a month ago, and as soon as I left the dealership, a vibration occurred and stayed the same over a certain mph. Unfortunately, when the test drive occurred, I ended up being right under this paticular mph which I felt nothing. I called back a day or two later after I went through every diagnosis I could. All I was told was that they did the so called "99 point inspection" which they sent to me after this complaint. That inspection isn't as good as the piece of paper it was typed on. Now, the truck has to have a transmission. Wow, it could have lasted at least a month or two before it came up. All they could say is, it is yours. Man, what some customer service. As long as they get the sell. It must be nice to check tire pressure, fluids, and a bunch of nuts to see if they were tight and call it an inspection. If you decide to go here to by a vehicle, bring your own personal mechanic to do the inspection. I hope you all enjoy your commission.

I have been to Ed Sherling a few times and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate me. They have worked with me on the price of the service, they have done an oil change without an appointment. I was on my way to fish a tournament and got a nail in my tire, and the service rep went in the back and plugged my tire so I could get on the road. I have had multiple problems with a big named service company and they have tried to ruin my truck. I will not go back to anyone else except Ed Sherling. Also, the guys who work in the parts department are awesome too. They have gone above and beyond to find the right parts when I have needed them. They are also going to order my lift, tires and wheels for my truck. I recommend you get to know the employees at Ed Sherling Ford and let them get to know you. Ms. Sherling called me tonight and asked me about my experience at her dealership. I told her that I will not be taking my truck to anyone else while I am in Enterprise. She asked me to tell her if I ever have anything negative to say, I told her that I would. I believe if you want good service, you need to get out and introduce yourself and deal with people face to face. Just for calling me, Ms. Sherling will have my business and you should give them a fair shot at earning yours.

I was taken great care and I didn't even buy my truck from them. Sunny King is the best of the best and will always be my first stop when I'm ready for service or to buy another vehicle.
