This is my 3rd time going and it was wonderful the first two times. However, this time when I came it was a mix of communication about what I’m getting done. That’s fine as well. With that, when I came in, it felt like I was not wanted there in a sense I just stood there for a moment. When I did get to Josh, I was told on the phone that I was going get estimates for other things on a sheet of paper. However, I didn’t get that and with the off-put of feeling not welcome I didn’t even ask for it. If wasn’t paying the price for the service of the tune up then it felt like that I wasn’t cared for. Our salesman was very patient with us. We ended up having to swap cars after purchasing one vehicle and he was very understanding about that and never seemed irritated with the situation.
