Took my Lincoln Navigator in to have the power running board replaced l. While in service Ed, & Nicole let me know that I had a safety recall that had to be taken care of . The running board & recall was board replaced l. While in service Ed, & Nicole let me know that I had a safety recall that had to be taken care of . The running board & recall was taken care of by the next day. I was kept up to date on the progress & given a time it would be ready. Great job & great customer service!!! More

The service department had my 2026 vehicle for a week and said it was fixed. Joshua did the best he could with the situation, but that actual service was slow and then the truck was returned in an undrivable condition that caused significant effort and disruption on our part followin actual service was slow and then the truck was returned in an undrivable condition that caused significant effort and disruption on our part following the service. This doesn’t take into consideration the service was to replace a transmission on a truck with only 80,000. Very disappointed in my first experience with a Ford. More
