Once the engine came in, the vehicle was fixed in short order. When we went to pick it up, Lauren & Chris greeted us and were so pleasant & professional. They really wanted to make us feel at ease. They told us about why the entire engine had to be replaced and answered all of my brother’s questions (he’s a car enthusiast). They were patient in dealing with us.
