Marlos immediately started working on my power of attorney and had all the paperwork ready to sign in a matter of 30 minutes. Kenny had patience with me and my two screaming children, allowing me to feel comfortable in my decision. I ordered my parts the week before I was scheduled for service. I called the day before to make sure my parts were there. When I arrived Shannon took my car to the back then she came back and said your parts are not here. I then asked her why did she say they were here when I called her the day before. I went to the service department and I asked the tall guy why he didn't call me and let me know the part was not here. He then checked the system and said your parts are in Union City Ford and I could go and pick them up myself. Then Shannon said if you do then we can't fix it today. And she gave me my key and I asked her if the guy checked my tires since my light was on. I asked her if she cared about me as a customer and if she was concerned about my safety. Then another lady heard us talking and she called the manager Mandy. Mandy then sent someone to go and get my parts and my car was fixed. When I left after six hours and it was raining so I was using the wipers. The next day I was going to use the car then I noticed my steering wheel was not close properly so the windshield wipers would not go off. I called Shannon back and she said she was ordering my other part and they will look at the wipers then. I called her back two days later to ask about the other part and she said she would call me when the part comes in and it has been three weeks and I have not heard from Shannon or Mandy. I will not be back at Mike Patton for anything. I have been a loyal customer since Mike Patton sold Mazda's. I was at the dealership getting the vehicle serviced for over 6 hours. They didn't even offer me a soda or ten percent off. NOTHING

I have been to Ed Sherling a few times and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate me. They have worked with me on the price of the service, they have done an oil change without an appointment. I was on my way to fish a tournament and got a nail in my tire, and the service rep went in the back and plugged my tire so I could get on the road. I have had multiple problems with a big named service company and they have tried to ruin my truck. I will not go back to anyone else except Ed Sherling. Also, the guys who work in the parts department are awesome too. They have gone above and beyond to find the right parts when I have needed them. They are also going to order my lift, tires and wheels for my truck. I recommend you get to know the employees at Ed Sherling Ford and let them get to know you. Ms. Sherling called me tonight and asked me about my experience at her dealership. I told her that I will not be taking my truck to anyone else while I am in Enterprise. She asked me to tell her if I ever have anything negative to say, I told her that I would. I believe if you want good service, you need to get out and introduce yourself and deal with people face to face. Just for calling me, Ms. Sherling will have my business and you should give them a fair shot at earning yours.

He was extremely fair in pricing, trustworthy, considerate, and easy to work with. I plan to use his dealership for my car maintenance. The dealership has changed ownership several times in recent years. The current line up is HORRIBLE! The service manager in particular. He insulted my wife and lied about the work he did to my vehicle. My brand new vehicle, I'd only had for six months was requiring repairs. Based on what I've seen I would not buy or have anything serviced from these people they are incompetent and rude. Makes me regret buying a having traded a Hyundai for a Ford.
