Best Dealer experience i have ever had ! As a guy that swaps out Porsche's too often, i have had every Dealer experience imaginable. I want to thank Marc ( GM) and the team at Presidential Auto for Marc's immediate response to my website inquiry (on a Sunday), calling me the next day as I requested and the best hospitality extended to my wife and i (+ our puppy : ), when we drove 200 miles to test drive the rare Porsche 911 i wanted to see. I had the best experiences online, in person and after the sale. Marc and his team know how to run a high end family owned dealership and their pride shows in everything they do. Bought my G4 almost yr ago. Amazingly i have 15k miles on it. All i have done is pit gas in and two oilchanges which have been complimentary. I must have owned 30 cars in my lifetime, including some expensive ones 911s, and i can't say this is 'the best' lol, but IT IS the best considering price. Incredible fun to drive, does 70+ hwy easily, Doesn't use gas, or so seems. I like it so much i've decked out interior w seat covers Miami Dolphin colors. Just great car. The buying experience was great, but the service experience even better. On the highway in freak occurrence one of my grill panels was pulled outby piece of truck tire. Replaced total cost like 50 bucks. No charge installation. Incredible. Who does that? They got me in/out in 15 mins. Another dealer would have taken advantage of situation. Kudos for honesty and integrity. They have a client for sure now. Shout out to partd dept i think Rafael, Danny the front desk i think who 5star all way. You honestly don't find that kind of service anymore. Thank you!!!

I was relieved over how smoothly my Mother's car purchase went. It all began with Patrick Blanc. He followed up with my online form, i was reluctant living in NJ trying to secure a car for my Mom. He was NOT pushy, he asked. Explained our unusual situation and he dedicated his time, effort and energy to us. Constant back and forth as he kept up with my purchasing concerns. He was completely different than other dealerships I contacted because they just wanted me to come in even tho I said I'm in NJ lol. When we finally arrive, Patrick was courteous, attentive and patient. My mother is 79 and he showed her patience and respect. The dealership environment was calm and clean. She test drove a model suited for her and we returned the next day to sign for her new car! Seven long weeks, Patrick made me feel secure and assured me he would do his best. That he did. I don't know who is in charge of this place, but they are literally the best. I had a really nice car leasing experience here, two leases in a row, nice price and terms, overall really like Volvo... but the icing on the cake is my recent experience with the service department. For some reason, I was having some issues with sensors in my car popping up on the dashboard. I took it in, they looked at it, quickly gave me a fresh loaner, brand new XC40 (man that thing is zippy!), and I was on my way. The new sensor delivery took longer than expected, this was around the holiday times, and Juan Mesa at customer service kept me updated perfectly. He expected quicker turnaround, told me the bad news when there was a delay, didn't sugar coat it, and just kept me up to date. We are getting the car back today, and I don't know if I explained it properly, but Juan's overall demeanor and just being on top if it was refreshing, as most companies aren't like that these days!!! Anyways, highly recommend Volvo N. Miami and Juan Mesa. Thank you!!!

My car was recently and I desperately needed a car but I did not want to get into car payments again. So the perfect used car was the answer which I’ve never had to do and felt really confused and intimidated. Looking for cars online began a barrage of texts with ads and offers. One of them was CarLux and it did pique my attention so I planned to go some day. Ironically I happened to turn around and go check it out even though I hadn’t received my insurance money. Just looking. Anthony showed me an Encore I loved but was above my budget. I went back when I had the cash ready to purchase something. David, a most polite, kind and patient young man showed me a few cards that could fall within my budget. When it was time to choose I was still set on the Encore. That’s when manager Lorenzo stepped in who had told me “when you have the money come back I’ll work with you.” Well he did… He worked on the numbers and came back with an offer that suited my needs and I drove off with my beautiful Buick Encore..!! Everyone there was attentive, patient. No pressure. And all assuring me I would be pleased with the outcome. I was there for quite a while since paperwork, tags and even connected me with insurance connections and found me a great policy and price. The whole day was a pleasant experience and I’d like to give a special mention Lorenzo, Anthony, David, Stefanie as well all others there who’s name I can’t remember but just as pleasant. In short I highly recommend you visit them when looking for a used car at a good price head to ok CARLUX in Ft Lauderale on US1. Thank you guys..!!

I was unable to purchase a vehicle from Pedro 4 yrs a ago. I was so impressed with him I told a friend, who had a bad experience at another local Subaru dealer, to go and see Pedro. My Friend bought a car from Pedro. Recently that same friend decided to see if it was worth it to upgrade to a newer model from his 2022 Subaru crosstrek sport. He would have done the deal with Pedro if he hadn't had a car accident. He still made the purchase at Coconut Creek Subaru. 2 weeks ago I traded in my 2019 cross trek premium and finally made a purchase with Pedro. I have a 2025 Crosstrek sport at a interest rate I can manage for a period of time that I wanted. The staff have been great, the sales process was painless. The pricing was straight forward. Not a lot of back and forth with a faceless manager. If anyone asks me where to but a Subaru, I'm telling them go to Coconut Creek and see Pedro.
