Absolutely terrible experience. They do not go over contracts and expect you to sign all documents on your phone. I was told I had to get gap and ask gps tracking which is illegal to do. I have contacted the dealership several time to refund back but they tend not to call back. Opening a BBB claim as well. You can't force gps trzck and gap coverage on someone I have this all documentated on my phone as well. Adding the GM doesn't care because he didn't work ar this dealership at the time. Cris in sales flat lied to me over the phone and in person. Terrible sleezy sakes they do. Not once did the finance guy even come go over paper work or answers my calls. Shady as they come!!! Gps tracking is no required!!! More

As a high level local reviewer, I strongly recommend this place for purchasing a new vechicle. They have flexible options that will fit most of your preferences, they have a wide variety of vehicles form different brands that you can choose from and they have an outstanding customer service. I will use this opportunity to thank my advisor Andres and my Finance guy Hesus for exercising so much patience with difficult customers like me. These people are the most professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable, I ever meet in the last decades. Dan got me a great VW Atlas Cross Sport SEL R-Line, we they worked 3 days on my approval, and managed to get the right monthly payment and much lower rate after a lot of work.
