I went to this Ford for the first time since owning my new/used car. I didn’t have any appointment but walked in and met Cedric who got me taken care of right away. He was great from start to finish. He was extremely communicative and kind. I had forgotten to mention I had an extended warranty until a Friday afternoon and he was able to get that settled up before the weekend so I wouldn’t be without my car for longer. With my last car I had a lot of issues at the end and definitely wasted some money on repairs at local shops so the detail and videos/quotes provided by Ford really put me at ease with repairs I wasn’t quite prepared for. I will absolutely try to have Cedric as my future advisor for all my service needs. He made the entire process a 10/10 experience. Had it not been for him I’m sure I would’ve had some more frustration with not having my car for a little and having some unexpected findings. Highly recommend both Cedric and Hennessy Ford Atlanta.

Both were purchased through Fayetteville Ford with the exceptional assistance of sales consultant Dave Miller. Dave’s professionalism, courtesy, and helpful attitude made the buying experience smooth and stress-free—something I truly appreciated as a first-time new car buyer. Naturally, like many new vehicles, there have been a few recalls, but that’s where the dealership’s continued service really shines. TLDR: Allan Vigil Ford clearly doesn't value their customers once you buy your vehicle! I can't recommend the dealership due to the service department. The dealership did not advise that the recall to replace a clip on an interior trim piece would take 24 - 48 hours when the job should take less than 5 minutes. This is incredibly inconvenient when I'm going on vacation in less than two days. The Service Advisor, Julius Nave, said the truck would be finished 5pm the next day due to my vacation. I called at 5:30 PM the next day and not only did they not complete the recall, they had to order the clip and it may not be here tomorrow either. I'm delaying leaving for my vacation for several hours in hopes that the clip will be on the morning part delivery. I'm incredibly disappointed in this dealership's service department. Coming from a Jeep I thought their service department was bad but this Ford Dealership is the worst I've been to. I've never had to such a bad experience from a dealership.

I’ve been doing business with Don Rich Ford for more than 50 years. That fact alone speaks for itself. They are friendly, honest, and efficient. They are my go to for service even though I have to drive 20 miles while passing another closer dealership. I am always treated like family anytime I am in the building. In 2022 we ordered a 2022 Ford Explorer Limited. When it arrived it was not as we had ordered. Since we had already sold our other vehicles, we had no choice but accept it. Bart worked with us on a reorder and got us into a new 2023 Explorer Limited at a very reasonable exchange. That is the kind of family owned business they have been for generations.
