This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Heritage Mazda of Belair. Each time we had excellent service. The Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They listen to your needs of the vehicle you would like, as well as respecting your financial position. They work hard to sell you the vehicle in your price range. And are honest if they can’t make it work. If they don’t have the car you want on their lot or at another Heritage, they go outside to find the perfect car for you. Which is exactly what they did for us this time. Our Salesman Paul was extremely kind and patient. He went over every inch of the car and technology with me and invited me back if I have questions. Then called the next to thank us and ask if we had any questions. The Financial person was excellent. My only thing I wish is that we didn’t have to wait so long to get that final piece taken care of. In the end I highly recommend Heritage Mazda if Belair.

Mr. Worthington is the reason I bought a Mazda at Annapolis dealership. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and very low pressure. He was the opposite; and I felt he answered all my questions and sent me a follow-up e-mail which was very nice. I went to two other local dealerships, both Honda and Toyota, and their sales people took very little time with me and none of them sent me a follow up e-mail or call, although they had my information. I went back to Fitzgerald Mazda and although Mr. Worthington was very busy with other customers and I didn't have an appointment he made time to help me and I bought a new car for the first time!
