There were many times during the transaction that I was willing to just walk away because we were not meeting where I needed to be. Mike never pressured me. Just spoke to me about facts and related with me. I will be very honest there was about 4 to 6 times that I was walking away from the deal saying this isn’t gonna work out. Mike then gave me some time and just reach back out to me very politely never pressuring, which was a great job on his part . I’ll be very honest. I have had many cars in my life and I have bought many new vehicles and ordered vehicles as well. Mike is one of the top sales people dealing with communication and providing facts that are needed during crunch time to finalize the deal. Also, I wanna let you know mass majority of this was all done through text messaging or emails since this time of year I have very long work hours and work days so there was times that I was not available to speak on the phone because I was in meetings, but I was able to text or email during my meeting breaks and your team communicated through that process as well so good for them to be in this day and age and utilizing every resource possible to make this transaction be very smooth and clean without taken up a lot of personal time. My wife used to own a Jeep Cherokee that she traded in a few years ago. I searched the internet and found a new 2023 Jeep Cherokee, leftover at this dealership that is over 100 miles away from where I live. I called and worked with Demetrius. He was a great please to work with. When we were close to a deal the manager Jay called me and got me to a price that was in my budget. It was very low pressure and I was happy that I was able to get the deal done over the phone. It only took a little over an hour to do all the paperwork. And the payment ended up being about $10 per month lower. When we were done Demetrius had a bouquet of flower for my wife (nice touch). He walked us through the delivery process and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered with their professionalism and kindness. Definitely would recommend this wonderful family run dealership.

Very mixed bag after purchase almost a year ago. Serious leak from sunroof; was shuttled between CH and mt ephraim several times. Frank in body shop removed entire headliner and had no leak since then. The current issue which was sunroof opening by itself on many occasions is definitely related to the leaking as the sunroof switch has been compromised by water. I was very concerned that it would open and not able to close it. Eddie understood the problem, was sympathetic and pulled the fuse to the motor (which tested fine). So, I think this problem should have been fixed by Jeep but did not complain and paid the charges to get my vehicle back. It has otherwise been a good ride.

It was a descent experience. Although I went looking at a Dodge Grand caravan, I ended up purchasing a Town and country. Can't complain and probably visit them again.

They were honest, I needed a vehicle and it had to be something to get me to work and back. The dealership has need kind enough to let me know the shortcomings of the truck as well as even sweeten the deal a little bit by lowering the actual price a little, for all in all it was a good solid foundation ran good no other issues other than the brake cable which I can definitely replace and I'm happy with it. The entire process from looking at it to signing the papers was less than an hour and I was out within 2 hours driving the vehicle home. For those that Wonder they put paper plates on so you can leave right away once you add it to your insurance and then they'll mail you your real place in a few days to a week pretty good.
