My appointment for an oil change and a safety call was at 10 am and they confirmed I could get my car back by 4 PM it was not available to pick up until 5:30 and no one as going to call me and give me an upd 10 am and they confirmed I could get my car back by 4 PM it was not available to pick up until 5:30 and no one as going to call me and give me an update. I was extremely frustrated with their service team. I never received the video inspection I was supposed to either. More
