We were shopping for a vehicle for my daughter, and we visited at least 5 dealerships in the Boston area. Central Chevy had the car we were looking for, so we drove to West Springfield. We worked with Tim G. in sales, and he was excellent. He was honest and did not engage in the high-pressure sales tactics we experienced at most of the Boston area dealerships. I have bought many cars from various manufacturers, and this was by far the best car sales experience I have had. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. If you are in the market for a new Chevy and you want to work with a dealership you can trust, this is the place.

I have purchased multiple vehicles here in the past, and my experiences continue to be very positive. Going from a work from home job to having to drive to an office put a change on my vehicle needs so I went in to explore if getting into an EV Silverado was feasible (from a 2500 I also got there). I worked with Joe Wolfer, whom I've worked with in the past and very closely with the new GM Ben, and the Managing Partner/Owner Bobbie Stevens. I can't speak highly enough of all of them; they made sure I got into what I wanted to, in my budget and provided yet another excellent buying experience. The staff here is very easy to talk to, not pushy at all, and genuinely want to make the experience as great as they can for their customers. I have also had great experiences with their parts and service department (kudos to Josh and Devin!). I'd recommend Chevrolet of Middletown (formerly Key Chevrolet) to anyone looking for a new vehicle and ask for Joe! On that note, I'd also highly recommend the Silverado EV; this truck is a beast; super comfortable, quiet ride, fast and fun to drive and all while able to do "pickup" things!

Easy process from the beginning. I found the exact vehicle I wanted on the Chevrolet website. Nicco reached out to me about the car and I ended up putting a deposit on it. Because I was looking for a car quickly and the specific one I wanted was in transport, Nicco was able to track down a matching vehicle and had it on the dealership lot within a matter of days. This was excellent news because I couldn’t find this specific model and trim anywhere else. I had other dealerships calling me and insisting that I upgrade to a higher trim level or AWD which I did not want. Nicco understood that and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted. Before the weekend pickup, I worked with Nicco to ensure he had everything required for the rebates and discounts being applied to the purchase. This made for a speedy process with Kamila in finance. Both Nicco and Kamila were wonderful to work with and I left very satisfied with my purchase.

I called and explained my problem with my truck and was told to bring it down. They gave me a ride to Herzt so I could rent a car. After diagnosing the problem they were able to solve it by upgrading the trucks's computer software to the latest version. Unfortunately they couldn't do it until day two, but I have it back again and hopefully the same problem will never occur again.

One of the worst dealership experience I had, I could give them negative rating if I could. I called them up in the morning asking for Hyundai Tucson hybrid SEL trim in blue color. They told me they have it on the lot ready, I asked them the price they told me it’s MSRP + tax, title registration and doc and if I come today evening I can drive the car home. I rented the car and drove for 4 hours from NJ to New London in CT. They didn’t have the car and the car was in transit arriving on 17th January. Such a disappointment, on top of that the sales manager Enrico Simonelli was unapologetic and gave me quote $3000 over MSRP! Such a worst experience! I already had a deposits with other dealership that was giving me a car for MSRP which are in transit. The only reason I had to was that they had the car on the lot! I would say just get you xxxx together and respect customers time! I would never ever go to this dealership!
