I performed my own repair, and gave the service department the benefit of the doubt as the part was plastic and it was winter (these things break). I did not complain about this, and just ate it. I recently (6/18/26) went in again for an oil change. Requested that the tire rotation be skipped as I had to be at an appointment for 11:30am, two hours after my scheduled time (9:30am). The oil change was completed in a timely manner, and I was out the door by 10:15am. Upon pulling out of the lot, a loud rotational sound on the front driver's side was present, and it was not there when I brought the car in. As a former service technician, I am very aware of the sounds my vehicle makes; this sound was very new. After immediately turning around and reporting the symptoms to the advisor, he went on a quick ride and confirmed the noise. At 10:45am, they bring the car out and tell me the backing plate was partially bent and the technician fixed it. I now leave for the second time, the sound is still there. I turn around, and report symptoms to the advisor. It was 11:30 after leaving the parking lot for the third time. I was told that it was the wheel weights that were bent causing the noise. After going on a test drive with the advisor, the sound was gone, but had moved to the front passenger tire (they swapped tires, but didnt fix the issue). For the sake of argument, I accepted the vehicle and left the dealership with a problem I never had, and after 2 hours of waiting. This whole experience is due to extreme incompetency. The issue being that the tire rotation was requested to be skipped. But now theres NVH in the front end. Secondly, having the experience of inspecting thousands of vehicles in my earlier professional role, never once did I "bend a backing plate" or not test drive a vehicle after an NVH complaint to verify the noise was fixed. This was the worst service I have ever received and will absolutely advise the following: Do not buy the maintenance packages offered - they have the lowest paid and most incompetent "techs" working on your vehicle. I know that I was lied to because I had to remove the front right tire to fix the noise issue myself. Another concerning issue that is warranted with this experience were the recommendations for repairs. Both front and rear brakes were recommended and checked off as "red". I replaced front and rear brakes less than six months ago... they recommended all wiper blades to be replaced... I did those with my brakes. Cabin and engine air filters were recommended... they were not dirty. This service department is selling repairs that are NOT needed, and they create problems when they werent there originally. STAY AWAY I am considering eating the maintenance package, never buying a car from there again and ensuring that everyone is aware of this experience. Save yourself the hassle and money... get your vehicle repaired by a reputable mom and pop shop that actually has competent employees working on your vehicle and wont blatantly lie to your face to get you out the door. Blasius Chevrolet = worst service experience ever... literally. More

When I arrived late due to travel delays from Boston and a previous dealership appointment, the team was incredibly accommodating and flexible with my schedule. The pricing process was refreshingly transparent—we negotiated the complete out-the-door price entirely through email with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. Most impressively, they coordinated with the Massachusetts RMV and delivered my vehicle directly to my home with plates and registration paperwork already completed, saving me an additional trip back to the dealership. Blasius Cadillac demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine customer care throughout the entire process. Highly recommended! More

Service dept is a joke. I recently brought my 2016 Cadillac ATS in to check on a CEL and do an oil change. They told me that I needed $1800 worth of front and rear brake wor I recently brought my 2016 Cadillac ATS in to check on a CEL and do an oil change. They told me that I needed $1800 worth of front and rear brake work. Note that I did not ask them to look at my brakes, and 4 months earlier I had just myself replaced the rear brake pads and examined and found the front pads to be nowhere near needing replacement. The best part is that 3 weeks later I take my car in to Town Fair Tire to check on a TPMS light, only to discover that when Blasius "checked" my brakes, they swapped my wheels, so that my wider rear wheels were now on the front of the car. This is the final straw for me after years of issues including a broken side skirt on my brand new Z06 Corvette, greasy fingerprints on windows and interior, forgetting to reinstall the chrome engine caps (instead left it on my windshield cowl) after an oil change, as well as sand and rocks on my carpet. I am DONE with this dealership! More
