Just bought a 32k car in cash and they registered the car with the last name misspelt on the registration. After not hearing anything from them for over a week, I had to call them for the salesperson Ryan to with the last name misspelt on the registration. After not hearing anything from them for over a week, I had to call them for the salesperson Ryan to tell me that its now my problem with the registry. So, because the person in THEIR office misspelt it in the first place, now I have to make an appointment with the CT registry, take time off from work, and go deal with someone else's typo. Who treated my son as a customer as well as I, while knowing I was doing all for his first truck, we were helped by an outstanding salesperson Gene. The staff took the time to explain the whole vehicle buying process to my son while we went through all the documents. They took care of registration inspection and voluntarily fixed a couple issues that I missed during the initial check over. I don’t believe that there is such thing as a good deal in vehicle sales, but Gene and the other staff I dealt with made me feel great about the purchase. I can’t thank them enough. Ryan More
