I went for service last year July 2025. I was told a part was needed but it was on back order. I called a few times the next months without any luck on the status. I decided to go in person in January 2026 and Don helped me. He looked and apparently my part was received at some point but it wasn’t in the shelf. He immediately ordered the part again for me, now it wasn’t until the end of March that I heard back. It was a ridiculous amount of time waiting for a part, but once they booked me to repair my vehicle Don made sure I was taken care of. Now I am relieved and happy. More
I would recommend Terryville Chevy. I mainly bought from them as they were local and the salesperson was honest and listened to what I had to say. I was so close to calling off the deal I made with Nick to buy my jeep as I was trapped for 30 minutes discussing with the sales manager how I did not want the extended warranty offered and each time he replied the engine or transmission will need major repair work within a year. I kept saying I was not interested and he would not let me go until I surrendered and accept the warranty -I survived and did not take the warranty - made the whole experience very unpleasent and I would have abandoned the sale if it weren;t for the fact this dealership had the exact vehicle I wanted. Also - I disliked that someone along the process scheduled a service appointment 6 months after I bought the vehice - who gave them the right to do that without letting me know, Service was great to deal with when I called to cancel. Also after I picked up the vehicle I had some questions about the vehicle and the service dept was more than willing to help me out - plus another salesman helped me out with other questions. In the end I would recomment Terryville Chevy - except they need to stop the hard sell on the extended warranty as it will drive away customers are on the edge of buying the vehicle. Myself I may not be back for my next vehicle to buy to to the bad experience I had with the hard sell warrenty. More

Chris denied that any such report existed, and from there, his attitude became increasingly dismissive. When I addressed his rudeness, he hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times to speak with a manager, but the entire dealership ignored my calls. I'm sharing this experience to warn future customers that no one should be treated with disrespect while trying to make a purchase. More
My husband and I were ecstatic to find the exact car we wanted, at a great price point at Terryville Chevrolet, approximately 1.5 hour drive from our home. Little did we know how much of a headache it wou wanted, at a great price point at Terryville Chevrolet, approximately 1.5 hour drive from our home. Little did we know how much of a headache it would be. We had our own financing lined up, and Terryville Chevy was infuriating to deal with. We were consistently supplied misinformation when we asked questions regarding the sales process in CT (we are MA residents), and constantly told how difficult MA makes the registration process. Once all finances were agreed upon, Terryville Chevy neglected to give us documentation (I.e. pricing worksheet OR Bill of Sale) for TWO days, (although it was ready). We finally were able to work things out, then, upon signing all of the paperwork with the finance manager, I was cornered and berated by our sales person for not bringing a bank check with us (which we were not able to do, as they had not provided us the proper documentation to do so). When we were finally able to get that sorted, we received no confirmation from Terryville Chevy that our registration had been processed in the state of MA, and were clear to get the car inspected. Before getting the car inspected, we discovered that the car horn does not work, and therefore, the car will get a rejection sticker. I have been given the run around AGAIN to find a reasonable solution to this issue, as my husband and I no longer TRUST Terryville Chevy to ensure this car's safety or fix the issue. This car should have NEVER left the lot in this condition, and they do not seem willing to work with us to fix it. We feel ripped off and taken advantage of. More
