I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was nervous about the experience initially, but Diana really listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient (especially with all of my issues, questions, and indecisiveness), and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It's rare to find a car sales consultant who feels like a trusted partner, but that's exactly what Diana was. She truly went above and beyond! #5!!!!!! Yes #5 for us Junior and the team always go above and beyond for us at the dealership. We talked with Junior about our truck and we discussed about getting another and within 2 hour’s signing some paperwork because i was out of town and the internet was a blessing to help speed up the deal while i drove there . My husband test drove , they even let him test drive a mustang hopefully #6 maybe next year . Thanks again Junior you always make it happen .

Between Bill, Cody and Richie their answers resulted in me leasing another Ford Escape. This is my 3rd one, all from Marcotte. I can't thank them enough for making the experience so pleasant. I bought a f150 5 liter 8. Brand new. Engine uses oil first consumption test i asked for they did not do next time i checked oil level it was noticeably down. They said it was less than a quart between oil changes. They did some stuff that has nothing to do with oil consumption. Said it was was in spec according to ford. I will not buy another ford an definatley not from them. I have not be back in fact i am looking to replace with a chevy
