Decent in the sense that we are paying for this service through our car loan since we added it on to our warranty. Just annoyed that they did not fill the windshield wiper fluid. We will obviously fix the problem with buying some, but warranties or add ons are not cheap, so I do expect this service to be exceptional.

We had our transmission replaced at 124,000 miles on a 2018 Buick Enclave. Covert did a wonderful job and took care of every concern. Mark Cordez is our service coordinator at Covert and he is very capable and wonderful to work with. Not happy with the transmission but very happy with Mark Cordez.

Our sales person was the only reason we purchased here. We had looked at several other places but Andre M made the difference with his no pressure kind presence. The lack luster came from the finance end. The young man who did the paperwork didn’t seem to know what he was doing, he even came back to me as I was leaving asking for “missing” papers and seemed lost and frantic. I had no copies of anything so I don’t know what he needed. This made me very uncomfortable about the whole ordeal. Two days after I left another person called saying they missed a signature on my credit check and now needed it two days after they did the check. The whole experience of the finance part seemed frazzled and unprofessional and definitely makes me worried something could be wrong.

I have nothing negative to say. Everyone in the service desk area were awesome. I walked in on Friday afternoon to address a service engine light. Jon addressed my concern and hooked me up with a rental vehicle on Monday morning. The issue was resolved by the afternoon.
