Do not go here for service and especially avoid John Moen. TL/DR: avoid Frisco and make the extra drive to Denton. Moen is a crook. I am ready to buy a Grand Wagoneer L fully loaded so a $100+k car and I will not buy from this location specifically because of how we were treated at service, specifically by Moen. I brought the vehicle (2014 Grand Cherokee) in to have an oil leak fixed last July (2025). Was told work was covered under warranty (for 2 years) and spent over $5,000. Got home and the vehicle was still leaking. Was finally able to get the vehicle back in (July 2026). Was told there would be another $280 diagnostic charge if the leak was unrelated to the work (thats “fine”) however my issue comes from the fact that we got the car back and it was still leaking (July 2025). This “new” issue was never addressed during the first time or after picking it up. This wasn’t a small leak either apparently “severe”. Obviously brought the vehicle back to address the leak that for all intents and purposes was never fixed or at least from my view point. Again, as mentioned above needed another diagnostic. As part of that “diagnostic” was told this was a separate leak (again why wasn’t this caught last time???) but also told I needed an oil change. I said, let’s go ahead and do the oil change because I was getting charged for the diagnostic anyway and was lead to believe the oil change would be included as part of the diagnostic. When I went to pick up the vehicle, was told that is not the case and would have to pay for BOTH the oil change and the diagnostic because I declined the work on the larger ticket item. So at the end of the day I paid over $550 for an oil change which is already over priced at $300 (diesel vehicle). I will never do business at Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram again. If you need work done it is worth your time to drive over to Denton. If you need a car, go see my guy Mark Engman there in Denton. Tell him I sent you and he will take very good care of you. More
