The salesman and finance department were very professional and courteous to me. Although I wanted to pay cash, there seemed to be a problem receiving and printing the document I needed to sign from my bank. It all worked out fine. They met my bank finance rate and I was on my way. I spoke with a manager who would try to expedite the loan processing so my banker could wire the cash to the lender and would close out the deal for me. Overall, a good experience and a pleasure working with all the employees. Oh yeah! I absolutely love the car!

We had our transmission replaced at 124,000 miles on a 2018 Buick Enclave. Covert did a wonderful job and took care of every concern. Mark Cordez is our service coordinator at Covert and he is very capable and wonderful to work with. Not happy with the transmission but very happy with Mark Cordez.

Our sales person was the only reason we purchased here. We had looked at several other places but Andre M made the difference with his no pressure kind presence. The lack luster came from the finance end. The young man who did the paperwork didn’t seem to know what he was doing, he even came back to me as I was leaving asking for “missing” papers and seemed lost and frantic. I had no copies of anything so I don’t know what he needed. This made me very uncomfortable about the whole ordeal. Two days after I left another person called saying they missed a signature on my credit check and now needed it two days after they did the check. The whole experience of the finance part seemed frazzled and unprofessional and definitely makes me worried something could be wrong.
