Many people complain about dealerships but I found working with Randy Marion Ford was easy. After communicating via emails, texts and phone for about a week I walked in and had convinced the salesman to give me what I thought was a great deal. Out the door at $60k and a free drop in bed liner for a 2024 Flash. It was every penny I had saved over 5 years for just this truck. Rico is an honorable salesperson too. I paid cash and did not have a trade in.

Everyone I dealt with was great, from the initial contact with Olivi to Shawn, David, Heath, and the GM, Steve. Everyone had the same vibe and a similar pace, which lowered the stress level significantly. They were straightforward and delivered as expected. I would highly recommend them.

I had been searching for an SUV either Ford Explorer, or the Jeep grand Cherokee for sometime. Had seen a Jeep in Hendersonville, but it was very expensive loaded and had everything I liked. By coincidence Parks Ford was next-door. Looking through their inventory on a Sunday, I found the Ford Explorer that had everything I wanted. I went in on Monday morning and we had a deal within three hours. Not pushy, Of course, ready to make a deal, but they worked with me. I left that day with the car I wanted at a much better price than the jeep with the same features.

This has been my first car that hasn't been a complete jalopy. Customer service and just the help was wonderful. They are only interested in moving the metal, not making relationships with new customers.
