I bought a new 2023 f-150 from Colinger ford in Morganton NC. I now owe just $8000 on it. It had A/C freezing problem from day one . I returned to service the A/C many times which can be verified. No result NC. I now owe just $8000 on it. It had A/C freezing problem from day one . I returned to service the A/C many times which can be verified. No results, none. Still freezing up. Can’t even take it on trips in the summer months. The whole experience was the worst ever. The sales manager has the worst people skills ever. He was arrogant, and disrespectful. I could go on. Our salesman was great but no longer working with Colinger ford. The last visit to the service center I specifically asked for A/C service for my problem along with the recommended service. It never made it to the service order. I was told I needed to bring it in and drop it off for 2 days by Markus the advisor when arriving to pick the truck up. Unbelievable. I would never purchase a truck from Colinger again. I do plan now to use social media to put out my opinions of Colinger Ford, and Ford Motor Company. Thomas Myrick More
