Excellent Customer Service - Service Dept Staff Very helpful Experienced & Professional as always Our GMC Truck was due for 150000 mile service but started noticing unexpected unusual sound on low speed shifting thought it was transmission fluid which was pale and had been changed early at 80000 miles turned out metal fragments were all over the magnet in bottom of transmission pan - recommendations were to install re-manufactured GM TRANSMISSION pricey but 3 year 100,000 mile warranty helped ease some of the pain and discomfort of the expense… Tim was outstanding as usual in trying to hold down costs but the 3% Dealer add on for using a charge card is not welcome! On top of tariffs and price increases & higher dealer costs - the way the Dealer adds a 3% Service fee on top of tax and all other costs is like piling on ! Very Disappointing and Frustrating! Plus these Dealer fees are excluded from GM Loyalty Rewards!
Longtime customers passing multiple dealerships to remain loyal - Well it stings ! Paid what we could by check but may frankly need to reassess our loyalty??
