Installed AT vs AS tires as specified. Customer requested All Season Pirelli tires. Dealer installed All Terrain Pirelli tires. Issue were reported by the customer but not resolved by the Customer requested All Season Pirelli tires. Dealer installed All Terrain Pirelli tires. Issue were reported by the customer but not resolved by the dealer. Changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars. About a week later received a phone call and was offered to install right tires with no extra charges. Good dealer. They owned the issue and fix it to customers satisfaction. More

A while ago, I received a Ford recall notice for my F250. I called Tim about it after opening the envelop and reading the message. He told me to bring it in for an inspection the very next day. I really appreciated his accommodating me on such short notice. That is the consistent story of my long and satisfying relationship with Boucher Village Ford and Tim Gallitz. 'Tim always goes above and beyond to make things convenient for me and my family. And his vehicle service knowledge and expertise in unrivaled. He is generally able to accurately diagnose issues after just hearing a description of the symptoms. He collaborates with his technicians in service and is always on top of where they are in the process of repair and what they are finding.
