Stephen Sheperd was great to work with as my wife and I were shopping for "new" used vehicle. As we live in De Pere, I called to inquire about making the 1hr & 40 minute drive to look at and drive a used were shopping for "new" used vehicle. As we live in De Pere, I called to inquire about making the 1hr & 40 minute drive to look at and drive a used Ford Escape. Hirak Patel took my call and stated that there was a pending offer on this particular vehicle. After that, Stephen called to ask what I was looking for in a used vehicle. I explained to him the details of what I was looking for and he assured me he would let me know when they had a vehicle that met my requirements. About 2 weeks later Stephen called and let me know he had a 2023 Ford Escape xx Line Select that was exactly what I was looking for. We drove down to look at it on Wednesday and returned on Friday afternoon to sign paperwork and take it home. I appreciate Stephen being a man of his word and answering all our questions and walking us through the details and features of the Escape we purchased. I would also like to add that Hirak Patel was great in walking us through the financing process, including informing us of the options available (extended warranty, etc) without any high pressure tactics. We got a great deal on our new vehicle purchase and trade in. Stephen and the rest of the team turned around a frustrating experience and made it smooth and painless as possible. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and their transparency was truly appreciated. They made sure all our questions were answered, and Stephen explained all the features of the vehicle without making us feel pressured. He also took the time to help get things set up and connected before we left, which was also appreciated. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Even though it is over an hour from our house we will definitely be considering them for future vehicle purchases. More
