The repairs took a little longer than expected but the technician was really on his game and spotted an issue that most likely would have gone unnoticed which could have been very expensive for me! I thin technician was really on his game and spotted an issue that most likely would have gone unnoticed which could have been very expensive for me! I think Boucher is a great dealership! Fixed what my local Ford dealership couldn't. More

The Technician that worked on my car was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. I would rate him/her a 5. He/she solved/recognized the root of the problem without having to run the car thru the diag experienced and knowledgeable. I would rate him/her a 5. It was nice to have the valet service - I did have to keep my car there overnight but they helped me out with the emission test. I was surprised my car was not washed while it was there. It appears they have put the wrong camera in my vehicle. I called the Service center, and they said they would get back to me, but have not yet. The camera they put in, is simply just that a camera.
