I had bought a 2020 ford escape from Jason pearman that had some body issues and it was the worst experience possible for my first time buying a car, thank god he is no longer there because I wouldn’t recommend him. I decided to give them a second chance and I went to Corey oxendine and he has been more then helpful and responsive he got me traded out of the escape into a 2024 ford edge and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly reccommend Corey Oxendine and I think this boy deserves a raise or a promotion or something. He has beyond helped me when nobody else wanted to and I appreciate everything he did for me. If you go to Aschenbach ask for Corey!!

The customer service my husband and I received was above and beyond. I had been looking online at multiple dealerships and Haley had the best price on my top choice vehicle. We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. I can't say enough good things about Haley, this is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and we will continue to be loyal to the Haley group as they have always treated us fairly and have the best price around.

Refreshing experience a Sheehy Ford in Ashland, VA I had a last minute visit to Sheehy Ford while In the middle of an East Coast road trip, my check engine light came on while approaching Ashland. I looked up the nearest Ford dealer and pulled in without an appointment late in the day. Brad welcomed me and gave me an appointment for first thing the next morning. I over-nighted in a nearby hotel and, as promised, I was first in the door at 7AM and had a diagnosis within 90 minutes. The technician provided video evidence of his findings. Brad wrote up a quote, and 2 hours later I was on my way. Meanwhile, I did my own research on what i needed and how much it should coast - they were right on target. From the greeters in the service bay, to the technician to Brad the "heavy-vehicle service advisor", I - and my vehicle- were treated with great care and understanding. Well done. Thank you

We brought our Edge in the night before for service the next day. At close to 2 PM the next day I text the service advisor for a readiness. 74 minutes! later I received a response. Moments later a different service advisor call to say, it would be near 5 PM before the vehicle would be ready. We dropped the vehicle off the night before to prevent getting caught in 5 PM traffic. Beyond the mid-70s year old and raining, we senior citizens make plans not to get caught like this. As far as the actual service work. It is too early to comment. Don’t misconstrue, we have 2 vehicles from Shelor and their service department is the only ones to have serviced our vehicles.

Service as usual was great. The only issue was with the pick-up process. It was scheduled for 8:30 am, but I did not receive a call about pick up until ~10 am and pick-up didn't occur until 10:45. I'm just glad the shop was as efficient as usual and the they still had my truck back to me before 3 pm.
