I went to Madison Ford to look around and was greeted by Hunter Turner, a sales associate, who helped me with MY needs and took me through the process seamlessly. He LISTENED! Everything was taken care of quickly with some modifications that I wanted and he advocated for me with the dealership. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this young man as a go to sales person at Madison Ford. I showed up to do the administrative paperwork and we were able to get it finished in 30 minutes...amazing....The vehicle was detailed, full of fuel and ready to go..... This is the place to buy a vehicle!

I was initially looking for an EV, but after discussing my personal needs with him I went with a hybrid. This was definitely a good decision. I had bought a 2020 ford escape from Jason pearman that had some body issues and it was the worst experience possible for my first time buying a car, thank god he is no longer there because I wouldn’t recommend him. I decided to give them a second chance and I went to Corey oxendine and he has been more then helpful and responsive he got me traded out of the escape into a 2024 ford edge and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly reccommend Corey Oxendine and I think this boy deserves a raise or a promotion or something. He has beyond helped me when nobody else wanted to and I appreciate everything he did for me. The customer service my husband and I received was above and beyond. I had been looking online at multiple dealerships and Haley had the best price on my top choice vehicle. We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. I can't say enough good things about Haley, this is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and we will continue to be loyal to the Haley group as they have always treated us fairly and have the best price around.

My 2019 Lincoln Navigator L experienced trans failure as I pulled into my driveway. I had my car towed to Ted B. Lincoln Chantilly for review/service. I informed them that I would like my car repaired under the TB Engine/Powertrain for life warranty. My Service advisor/Brandyn proceeded to write up my service history and process my claim. Brandyn had provided me with a loaner and kept me informed along the way where we were in the approval process. The approval took a little time but once approved my transmission along with all the associated items that goes along with this task was replaced and covered 100%, My car is back on the road, drives like new. I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with Teb Britt and their Service Department. Ted Britt has built a Flagship Dealership in Chantilly and I'm proud to be a new family member for life. My suggestion to people in the market for a Lincoln, make Ted Britt your first and last stop in your search.

Called to check on a vehicle in stock and spoke to Logan. The vehicle was available, so we headed that way. Logan called back to let us know that the vehicle did not pass inspection and the estimate for repairs was $3000+ and he wanted to be fully transparent with that. We found a car at a neighboring dealer that is within the same family and he could help us with that. Logan was awesome! He got us a great deal on our “new” car. Christa in Finance was just as awesome! She kept us in the loop and called several banks to see if they could do better on the rates. Will definitely be back!

Where do I start. I was not even looking for a vehicle, but what an outstanding buying experience, I encountered. My SUV has, had it. Many people recommend D. Penn from Wynne Ford. D. Penn the easiest and most knowledgeable salesperson to work with. Penn was patient, respectful and helpful. I did not feel pressured and most importantly showed me how a professional works. Penn knows the business inside out, handles every detail, walked me through the buying process like a walk in the park, made my buying experience very enjoyable. I appreciate D. I am not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I bought my second vehicle from them this year for a reason. They were reasonable about price the first time and the second time, they were easy to work with and the transactions were quick both times, they were not pushy about sales in the finance office both times, the salesman (John Lucas), sales managers, and even the GM were transparent, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The first vehicle I got was a new vehicle and I had a vehicle to trade in. Everything went great. A few days after I bought the vehicle and was washing it, I noticed what I thought was a paint flaw on the roof of my truck. I contacted them and they promised to get it taken care of. Their detailer gave it a light go (staying within his means and making sure h didn't mess up the paint) but made no progress. Then they put me in contact with their paint/body professional. Weeks later, when I finally had the time, that gentleman took care of the paint issue which turned out to be some adhesive residue left over from the protection Ford used during shipping. They held true to their word and it went easier/better than anything I have ever experienced with a dealer in my life. I am not sure what is going on with all the negative reviews. Honestly, I think they may be some people who had bad experiences for whatever reason along with others trolling the dealership. I did not have a moment I would even consider average with them. Every experience I have had with them has been great! Buy with confidence in my opinion. I highly recommend John Lucas at Malloy Ford for both new and used vehicles. We bought one new and one used through him and it was a great experience.
