The experience was entirely unacceptable. They lost / found / located the truck several times. Each of the 4 salesmen told me something different and had to always get back to me (but never did). Colossal waste of my time and the other dealers as incentives came and went during this timeframe. More

Service department advisors are polite for the most part. However, expect severe delays if your vehicle has a warranty claim. There are no loaner vehicles. I have a 2019 Ford F150 Lariat with 82000 miles. I do have the extended warranty . It started to do a hard shift. I took it to Beach Ford at the beginning of August and it is still there , the end I do have the extended warranty . It started to do a hard shift. I took it to Beach Ford at the beginning of August and it is still there , the end of September . They went through the transmission ,still did the hard shift. Then i was told it’s the rear end, then they said it was the drive shaft so they installed a new driveshaft . Still did the hard shift. Now i am told they think its the transfer case , they are waiting on a known good transfer case (used transfer case) to see if that fixes the hard shift, and if that fixes the problem then the engineers will ok to put a new transfer case in. What the heck is a warranty for if they wont ok the work to get my truck back to me. The service manager needs to do something, this is ridiculous. Also we bought a 2026 Ford Explorer 5 months ago and it is in there shop too, with supposedly an injector problem . What the heck is going on. More
