IPAC Dodge: I took me vehicle in for a safety recall and was able to get it looked at that morning. I waited for it a couple of hours or so, but it was done as expeditiously as possible..I appreciated that. Although I waited, I liked that they offered shuttle service to take me back home and that my home was within the driving radius...great! However I was able to wait. They provide a clean waiting area for there customers and a great coffee machine service that is unlike other dealership that I have personally experience. My service agent was Solomon and he is always helpful and comunicates effectively with me and all customers I've seen him engaging with...very professional. I have been a customer of IPAC since 2003 and always have confidence all service issues will be properly addressed when I take my vehicle there.

Copying over my Google review: Oct 2024: Have continued to take my car here for service (recalls, oil change) and a collision fix after a hit and run. (I was on the hit side of things, not the run.) I worked with Clinton in Collision - and what was the most stressful week of my life became so much more easy to handle. He explained the process better than my insurance (Geico) did for me, and made this incredibly simple. He made sure they got all of the right parts and fixed everything that was impacted. I really appreciate how well this went, and will continue going to this dealership - which says a lot, because I typically work with small local garages, rather than large dealerships. However, Planet Ford is fantastic (sales, service and collision). ------------ Jan 2024: Literally the easiest car buying process I’ve ever gone through in my 21 years of owning cars. I told them the exact car and all of the numbers I wanted, they moved super quick before I even came down, got me an extremely fair trade in value, and didn’t go through all of the usual car buying lines or try to drag another dealership or car, but focused on the deal we were discussing. Minimal negotiating and no outrageous replies. In a 200 mile radius, I could not find an Explorer that compared to this price, feature set, and/ or condition. Worked mainly with Justin Odle and spoke with Michael Bliss. Highly recommend them both if you want to skip the xx car sales lines (“but this deal is only good today”). Also the finance guy is great. (Dennis I think?) Gets you through paperwork quickly and doesn’t hammer you on warranties - he mentioned then, answered my questions, skipped them and moved on. I bought the Ford one through them (not a third party warranty, i don't love those.), because... I'm that kind of person. (If my car explodes in the future I’ll update this review.)

Very upset with service department. The manager could care less. I spent over $2k on service and they could not even get engine light to come off on my wife’s car. One excuse after another and their service agents literally just read from a computer generated service sheet. Manager is a joke and basically told me he does not what is going on and he is just there to do payroll. Your experience has forced us to never consider another Hyundai ever again. Sad that in a tough economy you are ripping people off in that service department. The quote that wins it all is last thing the agent said to us was “it is not safe to drive and tech estimates full breakdown in 1 month”. Wants us to spend another $6k on service. Buyers beware of this dealer.

Tim Rich, Service Advisor provided me with superior customer service. He is a ten star service advisor. He went above and beyond in having a new engine installed in my 2015 Sonata much quicker than I expected. He even took time out to obtain a quote and time frame from a body shop to have the hood of my car painted and had my car delivered to them. Tim is extremely friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable and treated me as if I were his most important customer. I suspect be treats each of his customers the same way, as VIPs! He was upfront with me and has restored my faith that honesty still exists in the automotive repair business. I highly recommend Tim Rich to handle your service needs.

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for years. I am financing two vehicles now. I wanted a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder and was able to get one October 2016. I have been back and forth to the service department five times since Memorial Day 2024. I cannot sit at a traffic light or a drive thru without vehicle running hot. The last time it was in service department was Aug. 16, 2024 and a week later it is back with a final diagnosis of needing a radiator fan at a cost of $725. When I got the vehicle it was supposed to be under three year warranty. With these service department trips, I have been told over and over that the warranty doesn't cover work this vehicle needs. I am feeling so messed over.

Bought a new 2025 vehicle that was a demo with 3800 miles on it. There was supposed to be a dealer discount on the vehicle and I was told that I would get the dealer add one’s like paint protection, tint, etc for no charge since I had came to the dealer three times trying to make a deal. The starting line on the vehicle on the finance contract is above the vehicle MSRP. When I called and questioned this they said it was because ford gave me a special rate on financing which is bull there website says nothing about any exceptions for the discount and it’s a dealer discount not a ford discount. The dealer is trying to hide there add one’s cost that they said I wasn’t going to get charged for almost $5k worth. I have called and talked to several people at the dealership with no success including ford finance who said the deal isn’t even funded yet. This could easily be resolved but I keep getting the run around. Watch your paperwork very closely if you buy a vehicle here.

I went into the dealership today to order a new part and to inquiry about a recall part (fuel pump) for 2018 Honda Ridgeline. Ms. Zully Rivero in the Parts Department was very helpful. Ms. Rivero found the part I was looking for and ordered it for me. My part should be in by Friday, 12/27/2024. My recall part was not in stock. Ms. Rivero advised that she would make a note to check on the recall part and let me know when a shipment comes in. I'm glad Ms. Rivero helped me today! I plan to order more parts for my Ridgeline in the future. I will look for Ms. Rivero for all my new part needs in the future. Merry Christmas!
