I had used this dealership before and had been highly satisfied. I found the vehicle I eventually purchased on line and reserved a test drive. I believe the price was fair; I was offered a reasonable amount for my old vehicle and the transaction from arrival to actual delivery of my new vehicle was timely. I like that it has a different concept than most car dealerships. I really enjoyed working with Moeed Akhlaque. Great guy! He laid everything out for me so it was easy to understand and this was the fir dealerships. I really enjoyed working with Moeed Akhlaque. Great guy! First off this experience is one of the worst I’ve ever had at Car Max. First it started off great I already have my vehicle picked out then I had it shipped in, but after that point it was all downhill.. had at Car Max. Appraiser came back with my vehicle she had broken the driver side seat. I took them a week to fix it. Then the new BMW that I purchased came in and BMW had three missionary run flat and a vantage tire that did not match the. The lady that I was dealing with tried to offer me $100 to replace the tire on my own. I had to inform her that that was a $400 tire. Took them another week to replace my tires. More
