Terrible experience is putting it nicely. I bought my dream car from them as a used car. The whole experience was awful. They lied repeatedly and I gave them the benefit of the doubt until it I bought my dream car from them as a used car. The whole experience was awful. They lied repeatedly and I gave them the benefit of the doubt until it was too many times to be an accident. The car had multiple issues when I bought it and they pretended not to notice. I dropped it off for service and it was there for two days with no word. When I called to check on it, no one knew it was even there or what was done with it. I finally got in contact with one person who joked that nothing was done to it. I was then told it just needed an alignment. When I finally got it back, there was no paperwork on what was done to it. I was frustrated at this point and wanted clarification. The salesman didn’t have any idea what was going on and referred me to the GM. When I sat down with the GM for clarification he treated me terribly. I asked repeatedly for clarification on what was going on and then when he refused to give me any clear answers, I asked for the deal to be reversed because I felt that they had lied to me the whole time. He became very aggressive and raised his voice and then when I asked why he was getting so upset he kicked me out of the dealership and banned me. I truly believe that if I was a man this interaction would have been different. I do not believe they care about the quality of their cars or their customers. More
