Purchasing my vehicle from Fort Worth AutoSavvy was a genuinely pleasing experience. John was incredibly attentive throughout the process, making certain every detail was addressed and my needs were met, genuinely pleasing experience. John was incredibly attentive throughout the process, making certain every detail was addressed and my needs were met, I told him over the phone exactly what I needed and wanted to see before I made the hour drive from Frisco. He provided exactly that for me and I can’t say I got the same treatment from the other dealers I was exploring. He didn’t do the whole “when can you be here to see your trade” sales tactic and that was super appreciated. The dealership’s welcoming atmosphere had me at ease, and I felt genuinely appreciated as a customer. With experts like John ensuring the process was smooth, it’s easy to recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying journey. More
Buyer beware! AutoSavvy sells good looking, salvaged cars. I bought my 2023 Kona from the the Fort Worth, Texas location in August, 2024. They let me know that the AutoSavvy sells good looking, salvaged cars. I bought my 2023 Kona from the the Fort Worth, Texas location in August, 2024. They let me know that the car had been T-boned in the right (passabger) side. Less than a year later, the paint on the doors that they replaced began to peel (the clearcoat layer). I tried multiple times to get hold of AutoSavvy, left messages, sent texts, and even emails with pictures of the doors. Finally, over a year after purchasing the car, I was informed that they "had a bad employee" that would not answer the phone or pass messages on to the appropriate department. Once I was finally able to get to talk to someone, I was infomed that I had owned the car for too long, and that they would not warranty their work. Forward to 2026. My car suffered hail damage to the doors that were in need of paint. But I am now informed by the repair showp(CrashChampions) that the wrong doors were put on the car. The air bag sensor was attached with a wood screw (glad I did not ever need it). The frame of the car was manipulated to make the doors fit. Parts of the doors were glued in place in order to make them fit. Bottom line is that since CC warranties their work, they will not touch my car because they would not be able to warranty it without major work to the passenger side of the car. Please be wary of this company! They apparently cut corners in order to make repairs, and will not stand by what they have done. I was warned shortly after purchasing from them about 2 things: 1) Some insurance companies refuse to insure cars that have been totaled 2) Reputable repair shops will not fix cars that have salvaged titles Now I understand why I heard these warnings. You have also been warned. More
We were excited about our purchase on 11/25/25. Vehicle broke down 2 weeks later and then 2 more times. The 2nd time on 1/5. I got it back on 1/29 and it wouldn't start again on 2/5. I was asked t Vehicle broke down 2 weeks later and then 2 more times. The 2nd time on 1/5. I got it back on 1/29 and it wouldn't start again on 2/5. I was asked to come in and drive it on 2/25. The 350 mega fuse keeps blowing. so they replaced it with a 250 fuse. (temp fix) I drove it home and it wouldn't shut off all the way, twice! I did call the dealership and the Technician called me right back to bring it back. I get a phone call on 3/3 that they want to make it right and put me in another vehicle. Yes this was one of my options I gave, along with buying it back and giving me my down payment back. Today 3/6 I get a phone call to offer me another vehicle, but they needed more money, another $1000 down. I explained I was not able to do that and then we got into an argument. It feels like its my fault I went to this dealership, my fault I purchased a used vehicle. This is what i've been told. I don't think its my fault that I have to come up with another down payment and or be upside down if they buy it back. I have not been able to enjoy my car. Why should I be responsible. OH and it gets better. We had to get an oil change after the 1 time it broke down, I couldn't file a claim with the extended warranty because it was still under dealer warranty. I was told it sat on the lot for 2 years before I purchased it, they couldn't get approval to rip the engine apart until I drove it for them. There's an electrical issue going on and they don't want to deal with it. Their way of fixing it was having me drive with the AC running on high so the auto/start is not in use. It shouldn't be my problem but unfortunately it is. That vehicle left me and my 2 kids stranded 3 different times! I believe this could of been handled better but everyone there says something different or doesn't know what the other is saying or doing. I'm at a lost right now... I don't have any faith in them especially not fixing the vehicle. SO please read these reviews before you make this your next stop. I could of been sold a bad vehicle on accident but the way I've been treated and the way they are handling this situation comes off as fraud, bad customer service, bad vehicles. I've never had issues buy a used vehicle before. More

That morning, I submitted an inquiry on a Toyota GR86 before they even opened, and Breanna promptly reached out to me to schedule a test drive that same afternoon. When I arrived, she already had the car pulled up and ready to go. After the test drive, the rest was history—I drove away in the sporty car I’ve always wanted! The inside of AutoSavvy is extremely clean, the staff is professional, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Most importantly, thank you Breanna for making this such an easy, enjoyable experience and for getting me into my dream car. I truly appreciate everything you did! More
