Thank you Bryan Bingham & Bryce Williams for taking care of the issue I was experiencing with my 2022 XC60. Even though this is the second time we’ve been in since purchasing the vehicle on Feb. 5, 2025, I feel like we have been taken care of very well. When we started having issues, I thought, we might feel unwelcomed. I also felt that possibly no one would want to help us. This is not the situation at all. We have been treated extremely well and I feel that Bryan and Bryce were sincere. This is extremely important to me. I was given a courtesy car to use while they worked on my car. Thank you for taking such great care of my car.

The right advisor made the difference on this visit. If you are going in go visit Will. Will was my service advisor and he was excellent. Stayed in touch about things checked on me in the lobby while I was waiting. He offered a repair that was need but wasn't a part of my visit and gave me a reasonable window of when I needed to fix rather than push a job on me I wasn't prepared pay for. Instead of focusing on "Red" factor of the diagnosis. Instead he informed me how long I could go without fixing it and said to call if anything came up. I appreciate that and it was highly refreshing over the last few visits I have had with your business.
