Salesperson knew I was coming from. 39 Miles away one way to get this vehicle with a draft in hand. He was to have the car washed and ready. It was not. When going over the car it was 39 Miles away one way to get this vehicle with a draft in hand. He was to have the car washed and ready. It was not. When going over the car it was rushed because he had another customer waiting when I got home I found a rusted razor blade in the rear hatch. I received an email to call service and would answer questions and supply a 25.00!gas car. It was not given. When I received my plates by mail it did not have a bracket mounting kit. Which I had to order on line at a cost of 16.18 I feel I am due the 25.00 and the 16.10. I was pressured in finance to not use my credit union so I could be financed with Subaru and get a dealer markup on interest. Nobody knew at the time but I have worked in car dealerships for over 15 years and I know when I am being put together. I had not filled out the survey with Subaru but will be doing that in the very near future. Maybe someone there can go over the vehicle with me. I am 65 and my husband is 70. We are new to all the accessories and computer systems. More
