Took my 2019 Jeep grand Cherokee trailhead in for a headlight flickering. Had to okay 247.00 up front. They told me the bulb needed to be replaced. Told me 757.00. I asked why so high. They said the part was 550.00. If I wanted to leave I had to lose 247.00. It ended up costing me 855.00 to replace headlight bulb here. That is the bulb only not the whole assembly. The service advisors were laughing at me because I was so upset. I cannot afford this who could??? I will never go back there. Horrible price gouging. Not fair to consumers.

As a handicapped person sometimes people overlook you or pass you by but there were plenty of people willing to offer help. The process of purchasing the vehicle I had in mind was very streamlined and efficient.
