I just want to say the service and experience I had with LB and Ramon Medina was outstanding. Ramon was my salesman who exceeded all of what I requested and needs in a vehicle, Ramon was confident that we can make a deal and he differently did offer a deal. The customer service of these 2 gentleman was outstanding, I couldn't have asked for a more confident salesman. Ramon knows exactly what he's doing and he absolutely has proven that. Ramon heard my needs and excellent. I absolutely can't say enough about Ramons customer service or LB's customer service either. Allen Samuels Dodge is my new dealership home. He did not have to do this as the sale was completed but he wanted to make it right and make sure I was happy with the experience at their dealership.
