Michelle was great! No hassle, very laid back, no pressure and lots of patience from her. The best salesperson I've encountered! The financing person who we originally met with gave us some financing options we really didn't like and we decided to go home and sleep on buying our car. The next day my husband and I met with a different finance person who heard what we were wanting and checked some other sources and was able to meet our goals and expectations. So five stars all the way around! More

I’ve had difficulty with a check engine light related to the battery for the auto start stop sys Service adviser has difficulty with her follow-up. I’ve had difficulty with a check engine light related to the battery for the auto start stop system. This is my second dealership I’ve taken my 22 Ram 1500 with this problem. It’s been in the previous dealership 3 times and no resolution. This dealer ship 2 times. I know it’s a Ram recall that they are not wanting to resolve. The techs can’t fix it without their help. I hope this time will be the last for this issue but I am skeptical. More
