The work they did appears to be first rate. The service writer was doing his job. But, I feel I was grossly overcharged. It cost me over $900 to replace a main and an auxiliary battery. I was told by a AAA guy that the aux. battery was fine, but the dealer told me that it was not. Plus my $900 batteries only came with a 2 yr warranty. When I got home, I got online and found that I could have gone to Auto Zone or Batteries +, and had this done for at least 30% less, and gotten batteries with anywhere fro 3-5 yr warranties on them. I will probably never go back to Ancira Chrysler again. More
