I specifically searched and ordered Mopar filters for my 25 Ram 2500 Diesel 4/4/26. I found "Mopar" filters online at this dealership and ordered a fuel filter kit and oil filter. I specifically wanted Mo 25 Ram 2500 Diesel 4/4/26. I found "Mopar" filters online at this dealership and ordered a fuel filter kit and oil filter. I specifically wanted Mopar filters for warranty reasons as there are discussions and concerns regarding cheap filters from China and Fleetguard filters in relation to air, fuel, and oil systems. Today, 4/10/26 I received the filters and to my dismay the fuel filters are stamped with the part number and the words "China". The oil filter is in a Fleetguard box and stamped "Fleetguard". Not what I understood or expected. I called 3 local dealers in Texas and asked what the Mopar filters are stamped with on the fuel filters. They all said either Mopar or Cummins. They advised if they are not stamped with either of these, they are knockoffs and could affect my warranty and or could cause codes to be thrown. I called the Ancira Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership parts dept on the receipt and spoke with a gentleman (I failed to get his name). He stated they send out whatever Chrysler sends them and they do not control where they are made. I advised him the website advised these are OEM Mopar filters. I asked who I could speak with and he said, no one. I asked again and he said they don't control the website and no one was available to speak with regarding the filters. My options are to keep them or pay to send them back and incur a 15% restock fee. Now I'm $20 additional for return shipping and somewhere between $36 & $61 depending on if he is correct or the website is correct (website states 25% restock fee). These are not the products I ordered or expected. I would like to have my money credited for the order and I'll gladly pay for the shipping back, however I'm not interested in paying 15-25% for someone to walk them back to a shelf. If someone from the dealership reads and actually cares about the review, I would like for them to contact me. My order # is 69440645 or Order #27569 and Inv# is 496693. If someone will make this right, I'll gladly edit this review or write another review to counter this review, however I need to be made whole. More

The service department ordered a splash guard on 4 March for my Chrysler 300 and said it would take two days. After six days I have not heard from them. I called but cannot get a status.
